Canada-Wide Shipping

Rain City Guitars proudly ships across Canada.

Free shipping is available on new product orders over $99.99 CAD (before taxes). New product orders under $99.99 CAD are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $14.99 CAD.

Shipping charges for used, vintage, consignment, clearance, and other select items are calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.

Shipping Address Requirements

Orders must be shipped to a valid physical street address.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. If a PO Box is provided at checkout, we will contact you to obtain a physical delivery address before processing your order. This may delay shipment.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Orders are fulfilled from authorized distribution warehouses located in Vancouver, British Columbia, and Toronto, Ontario.

Most Canadian destinations are reached within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Processing times may vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Signature Required Delivery

For the security of our customers and to help protect high-value shipments, all orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise arranged by Rain City Guitars.

Fully Protected Shipments

Every order is protected while in transit.

In the unlikely event that a shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, Rain City Guitars will work directly with the carrier and manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including repair or replacement where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

The packaging
The shipping label

If your shipment appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
