Refund policy

At Rain City Guitars, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

Returns are available on regularly priced new products only.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact Rain City Guitars within 14 days of receiving your order and obtain return authorization before shipping anything back.

Returned items must be returned in the same brand-new condition in which they were received and include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, warranty information, and other included materials. Products that have been used, modified, damaged, had the manufacturer's warranty registered, or are returned with missing components or packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, Rain City Guitars will provide a return shipping label.

Unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order, including:

Original outbound shipping costs
Return shipping costs

Orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Products must be packaged securely using the original packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. Damage resulting from improper packaging may affect eligibility for a refund.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

In cases involving defective products, shipping damage, or an error with your order, Rain City Guitars will cover all applicable shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used products
Vintage products
Consignment products
Clearance items
Sale-priced items
Discounted items
Special-order products

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from approved refunds unless the return is the result of a defective product, shipping damage, or an error by Rain City Guitars.
