Canada-Wide Shipping

Rain City Guitars ships across Canada.

Free shipping is available on new product orders over $99.99 CAD before taxes. New product orders under $99.99 CAD are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $14.99 CAD.

Shipping charges for used, vintage, consignment, and other select items are calculated separately and will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

Products are shipped from distribution warehouses located in Vancouver, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario.

Most Canadian destinations are reached within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.

Processing times may vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Signature Required Delivery

For the security of our customers and to help protect high-value shipments, all orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise arranged by Rain City Guitars.

Fully Insured Shipments

All shipments are fully insured while in transit.

In the extremely rare event that a shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, Rain City Guitars will work directly with the carrier to assist in arranging a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

To process a damage claim, photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label are required.

Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

If a shipment appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
