The Yamaha LS6 ARE delivers a compact, highly controlled acoustic experience with exceptional clarity and balance. Built around Yamaha’s LS body (small body / concert), it offers a focused and articulate voice that stands apart from larger acoustic designs.

Drawing on experience across a wide range of acoustic body styles, the LS shape consistently stands out for its responsiveness and control. It is particularly well suited for fingerstyle playing, vocal accompaniment, and recording environments where articulation and separation are critical.

The solid Engelmann spruce top is treated with Yamaha’s A.R.E. (Acoustic Resonance Enhancement) process, giving the guitar a more open, broken-in response from the start. Paired with rosewood back and sides, the tone is clear and dynamic, with strong projection for its size and excellent tonal balance.

The smaller body size improves comfort and control, making it ideal for extended playing sessions and players who prefer a more compact feel without sacrificing tone quality.

The Natural finish highlights the grain of the spruce top and rosewood body, giving the guitar a clean, traditional appearance.

Equipped with a passive SRT Zero Impact pickup, the LS6 ARE is ready for simple amplification and can also be used for straightforward recording setups when a natural, direct signal is needed. A protective pro gig bag is included for transport and everyday use.
